Externally, the company is well known and has a good reputation. Internally, the company is chaotic and messy. Day to day work is frustrating, and I am underpaid. I wonder why some people have stayed at the company so long.

Be more outcome oriented and less focused on meetings. There's a lot of talk among coworkers and not always follow through. There's a lot of competition. We pretend to collaborate but silently compete with each other

I need a 20% pay increase. For nearly two years I have had more workload assigned to me than my peers but I know I am paid less than my peers. Also, other companies pay at least 20% - 25% more for the same job

I'm not 100% clear on "Executive" vs "leadership." If we are speaking about the C-Suite, then they are doing a great job at setting a clear strategy and clear direction for the company. If we are talking about leaders who report to the C-Suite, then they need to do a better job
