My team is all supportive of each other. No one bad mouths other employees. We all pitch in and if folks need time off, they are given support to do so. No one is guilted for not being here.

The MOST positive is the supportive work life balance environment. I am not made to feel guilts for taking time off. In fact, I've seen other folks who obviously needed. day off due to illness be told "get offline - put your feet up - we got you" It's amazing.

My personal leadership team is very focused on work life balance. If I am not feeling well or on vacation my leadership team on through my team mates is very supportive of taking time off. Even if things come up last minute, I've never been made to feel bad for taking time I need.
Qu’est-ce qui vous rend le plus heureux au travail?
I like the variety of opportunities I have to do different things. I like the agile set up where I can have my own backlog (unusual on documentation teams). Thus if I have in "hurry up and wait" mode on my pressing tasks, I can looking at the back log for small stuff to pick off.
