When I look at the hierarchy of needs from a business perspective, not only are my physiological needs met (specifically safety), my psychological needs are also satisfied, and I am constantly pushing the boundaries on my self-fulfillment. And this is encouraged! Grow! Learn! Do awesome things!

Learning something new every day. I am blessed to be in a job where my mind never goes stagnant, I am constantly learning about something new or a better way to engage or a faster way to move forward.
