So far all good, but I expected more goodies from the company as it boosts employee morale & increase the brand value. When I joined I did not got anything from IBM as joining gift, where as other companies are giving lot of goodies to there new joinees. I request to be liberal when it comes to gift

Trust held on the resource is appreciable. I feel the company trust my ebility to deliver. Less micro management will always motivate me to deliver morethan expected.

Salary offered was not competitive, same level of experience candidate is getting 2LKH more than what I am getting at present. Also even in IBM itself some them with same year of experience is getting morethan what I am getting
