It has been tough onboarding with COVID, but my team members and managers have definitely made me feel welcome and helped me out with any questions I needed answered. While I am still fairly new, I feel I can flourish the most at IBM as a junior software developer.

They are a very fine-tuned group of people who have an acclimation for helping each other out, making work a group effort rather than having everyone fend for themselves. Very welcoming for an entry-level dev.
