They are inclusive, and also the communication is very respectful. It encourages also the teamwork, which leads to good interpersonal relationships as well

I have 3 years now on this project for the company, a salary increase was already discussed and "approved" pre-covid, but unfortunately it was not done before this and now it has 1+ year delay :(
