The time off, variety of benefits and general affordability of those benefits far surpass what I was offered as a contract employee. Or as an employee in most other businesses I've been in over the years as well.

Everyone is ready and eager to their job. We generally know our goals for each project and how to get to them and collaborate effectively to do so. Almost all of my teams focus on helping each other over having one person stand out and take all the credit, which is wonderful.
