I'm not doing what I was hired to do and that's been frustrating. I've talked about it with my manager and we have a plan to continue to discuss how we set that course. I appreciate that the feedback was heard and taken to heart.

everyone is involved in everything (this is a generalization), but it makes it difficult to be nimble and feel empowered to make decisions and move fast. culture is such that meetings become huge and everyone wants to listen, but there's a lack of accountability and willingness to ACT.
