
People skills there is no meetings,owner is all about favouritism,no safety meetings word of mouth is how it's done.
The way the owners runs the restaurant he allows hostile work environment employees come to work when they feel like it causes customers to wait to long for food,restaurant needs improvement painting remodeling rug smells bathrooms need remodeling, I think corporate needs to be more involved.
All be on the same page, the owner only tells certain workers the changes in the restaurant and expects them to tell the other workers,owner needs to have safety meetings and meetings on changes in the restaurant, that his workers arrive on time not when they feel like it,it's not fair to a customer
