Team members should be promoted based on their performance not based out they are in school and have a degree.
We do not have enough TM's working to help guest. Getting a lot of complaints nor wrough TM's pin the floor or enough registers open.
integrated product teams can have some good cohesion working towards a common goal
respect time zone differences but agree upon common timings for getting things done.
