Worked for target for 4 yrs and under paid, extreme lack of hrs, injured at work and management wants to write you up for seeing a doctor.

The only good thing about our store team, store 1322, is our staff, we actually care and help each other as a TEAM should. Until we get threaten to be written up for helping one another, example reshop or tubs.

Hours. A 4 hr shift is not cool. Seasonal staff has more hrs than staff who's been there for yrs. Disrespectful. No room for advancement. Pay is not appropriate. Injured at work and management doesn't matter. No real LEADEESHIP. just inconsiderate people who are in it for the money.

It's not leaders, leaders guide and participate, our store MANAGER Store 1322 sits in her office, eats candy, talks on the phone, yells and curses at other mgrs and store employees, does nothing to help our store, has childish temper tantrums, ripping papers off the wall throwing shoes down the isle
