I believe it’s all the management that is failing
Doing their actual jobs and not just having social gatherings
They need to seem interested in talking to the interviewees
That were all happy to go home at the end of the day
integrated product teams can have some good cohesion working towards a common goal
respect time zone differences but agree upon common timings for getting things done.
