Strong and organized in my store. Easy to work for if you come to work, ready to work. They also try to approve time off requested quickly so you can have a life outside of Target.

Paid holidays. We only get Christmas and Thanksgiving. I work every holiday and only get time and a half. We deserve holiday pay also. Also vacation time needs to be competitive with other big box retailers. Also option to buy stock at a discount.
