We have engagement activities that try to bring people together. People know that things change all the time and that we need to roll with it.

Our leadership team is pretty open to suggestions, both on an interpersonal level and through the company as a whole. They make an effort to give feedback in ways that don't come across harsh or condescending. I feel appreciated for my hard work.

The PTO is great, much higher than most companies, allowing for an excellent work/life balance. I have more available time off after 10 years than my father has at 40 years with his company. The insurance options are great and there are company perks and discounts available through Lifemart.
