My team lead understands my struggles and genuinely tries to help and be there for me. My friend, whom I sit next to, has lots of experience and is full of great call handling techniques.

With so many schedules, it is not possible to include everyone all of the time, but it show at least try to include everyone some of the time, rather than on set days that exclude some people all of the time.

Not enough support for customers on overnight shift. If their cards are blocked, and we can't remove it, the department who can is closed from 9-4am. When people are trying to leave bars and cannot pay, and we cannot help them, they go to jail. Or they are stranded without a way to get gas for hours
