The non-management staff needs to be paid at a rate that matching the standard-of-living expenses for the area near the office locations. The executive managers need to honestly examine all ideas presented by non-management employees.
They need to get better at expectations at reasonable level and holding to them. Currently the daily expectations are set unreasonably high. Recently they even removed all of our incentive plans due to publicity and inability to achieve the unrealistic daily goals.
As a whole I feel that I am underpaid. The avg income for my position does not even afford me a 1 bdrm apt in my community. I need to get a 2nd job, but not able to since we are informed of mandatory overtime within 1-2 hrs of the end of shift.
Our market reps need to focus on their monthly goals, daily. During meetings, this is brought up regularly and our market team always has an excuse. But at the end of the month, there is no such thing as an acceptable excuse from our team preventing us from helping ensure they achieve their goals.
