Actually do their job. A lot of co-workers of mine cant reach 100% production and that's embarrassing if you have been here for years.

The banking side stole customers info and started opening accounts on their behalf. We should probably stop saying we're "reimagining" and just accept what we did wrong. say we were wrong and move on.

The companies phone interviewers are not full time employees they are Temps. This makes 0 sense to me in a business aspect. If you are not invested in the company why would you care who gets hired.

Being on a team where production is our main goal. Based on your production you should be paid more for doing more production. I'm one of 3 people who reaches 200% production and we are not compensated at all for this.
