My coworkers and supervisor make my job with Wells Fargo worth while. Being underpaid makes it very hard to truly enjoy going to work on an internal level. Although the work itself is not strenuous, customers are often on edge or down right rude.

The best thing about our team is the we are all respectful. I appreciate that we all don't get along or like one another but we all show mutual respect as adults.

I wish we were paid based on the work we do instead of what we were hired for. I complete more work therefore, i should be paid as much as others who do the same work.

I suggest that Wells Fargo have someone whom the new hires are going to be working with for a while to complete the interview. So the interviewers are not able to be overly harsh on potential new hires that they won't even be working with or training.
