When I worked in the branch pre covid everything was great in regards to who I worked with, policy and procedures and day to day functions. As a collector or "account resolution specialist" I would say that my job is quiet easy in regards to day to day functions with few problems with customers.

I have all of the benefits. Health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, childcare and adoption assistance and maternity leave just to name a few. I love the benefits and I do beleive I am paid fairly.

For the auto department I would say the leadership team is great at least at my location in Raleigh. They always keep us informed on everything behind the scenes and all changes that affect t employees. My leadership team really does car for the employees first personally and professionally.

My team is very helpful not just to each other but to the whole department. We all use Skype for business to chat with each other in case we need assistance while on calls as well as to keep everyone in the loop as to what is going on. The communication we have really helps the team work.
