Overall the leadership team has done a great job in communicating the new IBM strategy and objectives. However, there is lack of clarity on the IBM and Newco Kyndryl global partnership model and framework, thus there are queries at GEO level on business operations, contractual escalations, etc.
My offer is lower than my prev management role remuneration as the incentive part of the IBM compensation has no recent pay out due to historical GDP incentive info. I'm offered Associate Partner role while I was Partner level in prev co, reason due to short tenure departure from IBM.
