Even though we're a remote-first company, I do feel connected to my team and other co-workers. Whenever I have a question or a problem, I know I can comfortably reach out to anyone to get the support I need.

Transparency - I appreciate that our leaders make it a point to keep their teams in the know about decisions, but also they take the time to explain the why behind the decisions so we aren't left in the dark.

I feel connected in a remote oriented organization - our teams have created an environment where I feel comfortable reaching out to anyone and I know I'll get the help or support I need; even in a company where I don't physically see my coworkers each day.

Even though we are remote-oriented; I feel connected to the company culture and mission. This is done by participating in the many ERGs we have established, in programs put on by Workplace such as Hashicafe or the Musical Coffeehouse; I like that the company is intentional in how we communicate.
