I've been at the same project/client for the duration of my career so i'm not the best person to answer this question but in general i've had a positive experience working for IBM - its the best large publicly traded company I've worked for (out of 4)

Sense of accomplishment in getting things done along with solving problems/puzzles. For my particular client we are ultimately helping some of the most vulnerable/needy population which is inherently rewarding.
