Very close knit, share the same value to serve our customers and they work very well together, willing to help each other without questions asked.
until covid having snacks provided by our group was a big deal as well as having get togethers often. Since covid having regular standups and touch points makes you feel included
At my local level they are very good in that they keep us informed of projects and news events that affect us. At the corp level they are not as in touch with what we do at our local level
Salary is very competitive and I feel blessed. The insurance preimiums are outrageous especially for dependant and spouse coverage and they are outrageous compared to other companies. For a family of 4 I pay more in monthly premiums for insurance than my mortgage.
Too bureaucratic. A lot of work at the corporate level is pushed to sellers and service people like collections, getting invoices paid, etc. these are not functions of a seller and take up a lot of our seller's time. Also trying to just buy items needed for work is a painful long process, depressed
