Senior leadership expect more from less and continue to serve our shareholders at the expense of IBMers' wellbeing. Leaders repeatedly make bad decisions without considering the best interests of IBMers. How does Arvind get richer when we also are laying off employees? Makes no sense.

I do like very much that the executive team is human, and that I don't ever feel a need to pretend to be anyone other than myself.

When I get to try new things and learn. I have completely reinvented my skill set several times. Worth more than a college degree, and faster too!

My immediate team (manager + peers) is awesome, I love working with them, the way we all think differently, the way we step in to support each other without being asked, and we value each others' strengths.

Compassion. Leadership Worship (saying yes to something because X leader said so). Care more about people than "cutting headcount." Find alternatives to layoffs. Coordination, not competition between organizations. Emphasis on simplification - NOT innovation (the push for more stuff creates waste.)

The best thing about my team is how open and supportive we are to each other. When someone is having an off day, we pick up the slack and help them through it. We celebrate each others successes. It's also not always work work work -- we have a lot of fun together too!

I can be me, and I also have the opportunity to learn about culture and heritage from others that I may otherwise never have been able to. We also have very strong mental health support, which is very important to me as a person who struggles with depression and anxiety. It is not a barrier here.

We say one thing about culture but do the opposite. This is a finance-first culture; there is little to no empathy at the leadership level. We're also incredibly uncoordinated as a company; there is a lot of red tape (Why do we charge IBMers to use IBM products?!) that makes it hard to get work done
