They have beem more transparent and honest in recent times. They are certainly showing great leadership skills by walking the talk. Their empathy towards employees are commendable. They do practice the culture or acknowledging and appreciating our efforts in the organization whenever they could.

We do have full engagement activities where we collaborate as a whole team and have fun while working. Management team ensures we have work life balance and encourages on having small breaks and come back refreshed in order for us to be more productive whenever we need them.

One of the best teams I've worked with so far. They are all very professional and helpful. We can have some social time together without any judgements. We respect each others' differences and can work together as a team smoothly. I always look forward to have our team meetings.
