Che cosa deve fare il gruppo dirigente per migliorare?

Needs to loosen purse strings . I do not see an employee value proposition being spoken about. Not willing to take risks.

We need to ensure that we pay better and talk more in the press about it. Period.. We always tend to run away from situations involving compensation and now people use it as a reason to quit even when they are paid well
