Work Life balance and etiquette to not call people after office timings. Respect their office work timings and personal life timings
Respect other people opinion, work style, culture and most importantly give them space to grow and flourish.. rather force them to follow biased rules.
Respect others opinion and work style, rather force people to work in their way. My way is best way, unfortunately people here in Australia defense project are behaving. I am suspecting this will cost the future of project.
Change project culture and make realistic work estimates. Give developers a freedom to develop objects as per their own vision and style. Stop discriminations based junior and seniority basis. Don't judge people with their age and experience.
