Before hiring make people aware that that they need to work on sundays, need to work with abusive client and micro-managing leaders. And no point writing any improvement areas, this will not reach to anyone.

Try not to dump capable people under a project where the effort estimation and client expectations are set wrong. Also IBM leave policy are being manipulated by some project, Ma'aden account being one example. E.g. if employee take a PL or public holiday, then forced to work on alternate day.
