I like IBM. Nonetheless, there are so many things that require improvement - from the email system, dated Slink, business process, to management styles. I look forward for some good initiatives and changes as a whole company.

HP is allowing employees to take a day off every 2 weeks because they know that employees are overworking due to the pandemic. Target is allowing employees to work the way they choose. I would appreciate if the compensation can be better at IBM.

The leaders need to be better at caring for employees - the CEO cannot just make a blanket statement that he expects employees to come back to the office at least a couple times per week, The vaccine situation in Japan is extremely behind the global average, and it is no where safe to go back.
