It's the first workplace I had that values empaths, I never experienced such openness before. I like the company, but the project is not good for me. At the previous job I had 5 customers and I was never bored. I could always choose what to do and for which customer. Here I have like nothing to do

have more people for the people. I think that you don't have enough people to manage new hires and even after that in local units.

First you need to specify which leadership, project wise or company wise. Company wise the direction is good and the focus on the people and projects is also ok. Project wise, I never worked with so many people who don't know what they are doing.
