I enjoy working for IBM due to the people I am surrounded by and the ability to grow in my career. While I would like to get back into the office on a hybrid model, I believe IBM has handled the pandemic very well. I do wish the benefits/compensation package was more competitive for consultant work.

While IBM is a large organization, our team has a family atmosphere to it. Everyone is always willing to assist and share their past experience and guidance.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Our compensation is not aligned with the consulting work that we provide. We are losing team members because they are able to receive stronger compensation at companies who are not in consultant work. Additionally, not having bonuses removes any incentive for hitting targets and stretch goals.
