I have been hired as graduate of Arts with zero professional skills. Today, I lead a team of 60 people serving 65k users in 15 countries. There are almost endless opportunities to grow if you are brave enough to try.

Most of my direct reports are highly competent, self-driven people with decades of experience. This allows them to understand all the turbulent changes are more or less normal. Also, they have wide network and can deliver in difficult situations.
Che cosa ti rende più felice sul posto di lavoro?
I like my work and my team, the colleges and most of thee challenges: this all makes me happy most of the time. But I don't go to work "Excited". That is too strong expression (I am not American, I am the grumpy European :) ) I like getting things done, helping the users, helping my team.
