
Have enough people to cover shifts and stock.
Actually have team meeting that involve everyone in a supervisor postion
Being appreciated more, better pay for positions like GSA. Set schedules.
They need to work on the floor and see what we see before they start making radical changes.
I think that when trying to move up it should be solely based on your manager and team not department manager that do not see everything you do
Hours being cut to "save " money all that does is put more stress on the people that get the extra work load, then people quit . Need to find a better balance with hours to fix that.
