Executives need to stop being yes men and understand that their employees are getting burned out over the amount of work we have to do.
Promises were made to the C Suite which meant we had no work/life balance - in order to maintain the facade of meeting deadlines. And we were salaried so no overtime.
We worked hard and we worked together. We were all in the same boat so we might as well together to get it done. But if it looked like something was going to fall by the way side, you could sense who was going to get the blame for it.
