I enjoy IBM, proud to tell people I work here. The overall feeling of dread, knowing you can't plan long term due to annual layoffs hurts the overall feeling. I take it one day at a time, knowing each day could be the last.
They appear to be approachable and make time for the little people.
The comfort level of working from home and the flexibility that offers.
They seem personable, approachable, and caring towards the health and well being of their employees.
Co workers are allowed to joke, chat, feel free to make the work bend around life commitments.
The creativity that's supported by co workers and encouragement to continually try new methods to get the job done.
To make more money and have transparency on why some people get raises and bonuses, while others get left out.
Friendly, willing to step up and help a co worker with little or no encouragement. Fun and compatible which make going to work extremely easy.
Everyone will step up and help regardless of their own workload. If a colleague is struggling, co workers will rise above and make sure the work gets done.
Remove the feeling that you will be cut at any time due to poor performance by a division or part of the company that you have zero impact and can't help improve their growth.
Team work and rising to any challenge. Sure, there is some grumpiness from time to time, but I cannot believe a place exists that doesn't have a bad day or 3, but overall a good sense of support.
