Like any other large company, IBM can have some pretty intense bureaucracy, and due to its wide array of offerings, some teams are much more secure than others. My team is full of people who are extremely knowledgeable about our work, as well as having a really impressive set of technical skills more generally. It's been an amazing learning experience to work with them. I also really appreciate how much work-life balance is respected by everyone on my team.
