mostly favorable, although I have had 2 bad managers in the past, most managers truly help the employee to succeed.

Mostly positive and the few times it has been negative were based on having a poor or disengaged manager, not upper management, but first line management.

Over the years, I have seen the company evolve with the times both from a client and employee perspective. However, the most significant employee changes have been in the last 5-7 years and the way the company has embraced, diversity and inclusion. This makes me proud and happy to be an IBM'er!

Compensation needs to be increased, especially when executives receive their bonuses, then employees deserve bonuses and increased pay. Everything increases, except for pay and it makes it hard to feel valued when not properly compensated

we are remote workers but we jump on webex at any given time to assist each other, or share little know facts or things we all just learned. We are always looking to assist each other in succeeding.
