Company is too US centric. The US employees have more oppty than the rest of the geos in work that matters (strategy). If the company wish to be more diverse, then diversity viewpoints must be taken into consideration and not just be limited to those based in the US.

Company needs to rethink about how to best invest in talents. Attrition are happening faster than we can backfill. Employees are leaving because they no longer see a company that values employees.

Everyone is just trying to do more with less. The covid has brought us some of our best instinct to be kind and to check in with each out frequently.

Company wants to believe in certain values but alot of these are not translated into appropriate actions somehow. How do we show we are invested in talents when we RA to targets and promote for diversity metric alone. Men are marginalised to a great extent.

There are so many things going wrong. Company has become very bureaucratic where decision to promote is no longer based on one's performance and merits but overruled solely by Diversity metrics we are trying to keep up. Values and strategies in the right place but all being washed out by execution
O que precisa melhor na cultura da empresa?
Stop making sexy slogans and claims. Do the right things. People are giving their best. Treat them as employees and not workers - a mean to get to your end (shareholders' earnings). If the company start to take care of the employees and less concern about the shareholders, we will see growth!
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
There are unrealistic goals set given continuously that are making us lose our best. Some of our execs have tried to do what they can to work around these but others have left for greener pastures. We need to stop subtracting and start building if we believe we have got the right people and strategy
