They're being a lot more open and inviting conversation generally, about workplace, and about strategy. They're being really ambitious about returning to growth and I approve that they are using resource action, and dividing the company in order to reinvest in innovation.

IBM's products are barely turning a profit. The executive strategy is ambitious and has a shot at succeeding, but, that strategy does not seem to reach the ground. Where mid level PMs and architects are still measured on legacy product revenue, they're deviating from strategy and damaging IBM.
