I get to work with client where I spend most of my time. I hardly get time to interact with IBMers. Most of the interactions are project related.
I am paid lower than the market for my experience and the value I add to IBM. I am a high performer, but my compensation is 30% lower than the PMR because I transferred from CIC to the IBM US. My growth has been traditionally slower again because I was part of CIC.
