I'm not dissatisfied, but I am not sure there is a best part,
we need to trust people to guide their part of the business, align structure to strategy to reduce friction, reduce to meaningful metrics viewed once not replicated in many, many spreadsheets.
There is siloes and misalignment across the organisation that is slowing us down and creating friction. E,g BTS vs HCS in data space. We need clarity from the top rolled down, consistently. We also need less cadencing, spreadsheet management and more work.
