Feel excited and passionate about working at HashiCorp within my own role but also the innovation and where the company is going. The leadership team is amazing and love all the smart and fun people I work with on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent, they also encourage an open dialogue as well as encourage career development and provide resources to do so.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really smart, great at what they do but most importantly fun and friendly. In a remote environment that is really important to stay connected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone lives by the company principles (Integrity, kindness, pragmatism, humility, vision, execution, communication, beauty works better, and reflection) so it really helps shape the company culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on exciting projects that I feel really passionate about but working with fun, smart individuals that work together to execute the best work is really fulfilling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great but the flexible work environment to work anywhere remotely is nice. I enjoy having actual paid time off (4 weeks a year plus a 1-week company shutdown during December) to encourage employees to take time off.
