I wish we had more company holidays in the US. I also wish PTO was 6 weeks each instead of 4 weeks. 4 weeks PTO and 10 days sick time isn't enough time to have a vacation (& visit family halfway around the world), possibly get sick, and take care of kids and their doctor's appointments
