I love this company. I'm committed to the mission and believe in the principles of the company. Except for the low salary and the occasional zoom fatigue, I could see myself working here for the next 5 years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my salary is very low compared to my counterparts in other companies of the same size. A consideration in benchmarking the salary package in 2022 would be helpful. The inflation rate increase is a reality that will probably impact my decisions this year.
