My team and the exciting opportunities we have as a team and a business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is fair and RSUs are nice to have, although the market has been volatile since we went public.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent and sets clear goals for the company. They are also very supportive of the team and align to the company principles, which have a great deal of meaning here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I was privileged to build my team from scratch, and it's been rewarding to watch everyone learn and develop (myself included). My counterparts are also great allies and sounding boards, and we all work well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People genuinely like working together and for the most part are able to get behind decisions even if they initially disagree. We stick to the principles of the company, and people are awarded based on how well they exemplify these attributes.
