What is the best part about your compensation package?
Work life balance; I can be an involved daughter, parent, wife (of a retired husband) and have a meaningful professional life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They inspire me to continually evolve because they do it themselves and are transparent in the challenges; human first, IBMer second, executive third.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the sense of accomplishment I get when my colleagues learn from my experience and that I'm shaping the next generation of IBM.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is compromised of the top of IBM's Q2C talent, retirees that came back and are excited to turn the Titanic of A/R around with me. They are passionate, committed, energized, focused and ready to have fun and share what they learn.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am so proud 35 years later for IBM to be so focused on culture, inclusion and like history being fluid in their own position in the world. I love that I get to grow with the company and learn continuously and am motivated to.
