Best overall experience is one I already mentioned. I get to be my authentic self, work with fellow Neurodivergent IBMers, help families and caregivers of ND kids understand each other better. I want someday to be a Neurodiversity Blue Core certified coach and mentor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The more than generous vacation right from the start. IBM has the best benefits package as well of any company I have worked at.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really cohesive. We all pull together every single day. We care about each other, not just our daily work. I'm excited to work with them daily!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make the effort to learn about us as individuals and as a team, blending the two in the best way possible for our work and IBM as a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can be my authentic self here, and I am happy every day when I get to interact both with my colleagues and my customers. I love building relationships with people both in office and on the customer side.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Neurodiversity at IBM - I've never worked at a company that had a dedicated program for Neurodiversity. Being both Autistic and ADHD, Neurodiversity employment has been a passion of mine for the past 11 or so years. I have a teen who is also ND and I'd be THRILLED to have him someday be an IBMer!
