The amount of knowledge. There is so much to learn from the people around me.

Healthcare by far - The company prioritizes things like mental and reproductive care and ensure our insurance providers are in line with providing access to these resources.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are respected and valued for their differences. Everyone is unique but not made to feel like an outlier. There is a general sense of care for your well-being.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at HashiCorp is relatively accessible and drive the culture and principles on a daily basis. The example that they set is that we are all people here to do a job. Their opinions aren't more important than anyone else's, but we are all here to do what is best for the business.
