I love IBM. Flexibility, an inclusive environment, and amazing people are key elements. What I'm missing - perks and higher compensation. Microsoft, Google, Intel - my friends from those companies have a lot of perks and events. Their salaries are higher than at IBM and also they are getting bonuses

Interesting projects and my team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love their enthusiasm, passion, and care for the work. Soo many innovational ideas. Amazing people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel we have a very inclusive culture, and everybody can be just the way they are.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A lot of times, I feel the decisions are not communicated to us by the leadership team. I would like to understand what are the reasons we are going this way and not the other. Nobody is asking the delivery team for their opinion, even that we are actually doing it and have some feedbacks to give.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Last year I changed the job, I applied for the internal position, which was a band higher than mine, and I expected to get the raise but didn't get it. I even didn't have a conversation about it. In another company, they offered me 2k more, but I love IBM and don't want to leave. Hope for the change
