My time here has been great! Company perks are generous. Compensation is comparable. My biggest concern would be the Diversity & Inclusion training + agenda that is pushed at this company. The training was manipulative and the agenda feels forced.

Very personable and collaborative. Egos are minimized here

They communicate well and are not over-ambitious to drive more and more work out of employees.

I love the work itself - very fascinating. And I love the brand and products we create!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company stocks are a great way for me to invest in the work I do. I want to create long-term solutions that will not break beyond 2 years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote-first environment provides awesome flexibility so I can take a brain-break when I need to but can also work really hard in stretches of time that may not fit in typical 9-5pm schedule.
